Michael J. Rosenberg - President, Rosenberg & Associates Inc.
Mike's extensive knowledge of the automobile business is the result of more than 38 years of retail experience. He began his automotive career at the age of 14, as a lot boy in Cedar Rapids and progressed through the ranks of sales, F&I, management and owner.
In 1980 he was recruited by the Pat Ryan & Associates and was relocated to St. Louis, Missouri. Mike's next five years working with Pat Ryan and large metro points, were what he considers his, "college years" in the car business. Because of his exposure in working with over 60 dealerships, Mike was able to discern the differences between successful dealerships and dealerships that had not achieved their full potential. An unrealized benefit for Mike at the time, was establishing a large base of dealer connections and friendships that have become an asset for him today.
Eventually, Mike left Pat Ryan to fulfill a dream of owning a dealership. In partnership, he purchased a Chrysler store. The Chrysler store became very successful, winning numerous awards, including Pentastar & Five Star. They were privileged to be the first dealership in the St. Louis Zone to have ever won the Five Star award their first year in business.
In January of 1990, after selling out to his partner, he started the Rosenberg & Associates agency; growing the business in Missouri. In 1994, Mike eventually relocated back to Cedar Rapids, where it all began for him.
His family life has been equally rewarding. Mike, along with his wife Pamela, has three children, a great son-in-law, and recently celebrated his 31st wedding anniversary in July.

Steven P. Husak - Senior Associate, Rosenberg & Associates Inc.
Steve Husak has an accomplished understanding of how proper training can impact CSI, employee retention, repeat sales and profit for the dealership.
Steve became associated with Rosenberg and Associates in 1994 after nine years of hands-on dealership experience. The last six years as a general sales manager at a Chrysler/Suzuki/Volkswagen point. During Steve's tenure the dealership was consistently in the top ten nationwide in customer sales satisfaction and a national Five Star Award winning dealer.
Prior to entering the automobile business, Steve served as the Midwest Training Director responsible for training management candidates for 65 restaurants in an 11 state area. This past experience has been a tremendous asset in the training and implementation of our programs in dealerships across the Midwest.
Steve grew up on a farm in central Iowa and learned that hard work was the means to achieving success. He has a bachelor's degree from Westmar College with a major in theology and business. He and his wife have three children and live in Mount Vernon, Iowa. Steve is active in his church and community, coaching many years of youth football and baseball.

Stephen J. McGurk - Senior Associate, Rosenberg & Associates Inc.
Steve brought his lifetime of automotive experience to our agency in 1996. He was born into the business in 1960. His father was Don McGurk of McGurk-Meyers in Iowa City, Iowa. In January of 1984 he joined the Chrysler Corporation as a District Sales Manager. He played a major role in achieving record market share growth in key markets and accounts.
In 1988 Steve joined Fleetwood Enterprises as a Regional Sales Manager. With his background and experience he quickly moved up in the motor home manufacturing company. He continued to stay focused on sales training and dealership development as he moved to Reynolds & Reynolds. In his work as a marketing specialist in the newly acquired Customer Marketing Division, Steve gained added knowledge in service department operations, direct mail, and customer retention.
Now, going on eleven years with Rosenberg & Associates, Steve has a business relationship to rival his joy and long-term commitment to his family. Steve has been married for twenty four years and has three children.
